Meet Vispi
I am a senior learning technology consultant with over 30 years of experience spanning software engineering, IT management, and digital learning design.
I have spent more than two decades helping organisations design, implement and improve digital learning, working with clients including the Home Office, Macmillan Cancer Support, Alzheimer’s Society, Nuffield Health, Lloyds of London and BNP Paribas.
I recently completed a Professional Diploma in Digital Learning Design with Distinction and am starting a Professional Certificate in Applied AI Literacy, both with the Digital Learning Institute.
The result is Learnwave. Same expertise, with AI built into every stage of design and delivery.

Learning technology has never stood still. From the earliest online training platforms to today’s AI-driven learning environments, the sector has always been shaped by waves of change. New tools, new expectations, new possibilities.
The name reflects a simple belief: that the most effective practitioners are not the ones who wait for change to arrive, but the ones who read it early, move with it, and help others do the same.
That has been my approach for over 30 years. Through the early days of eLearning, through the LMS revolution, and now into an era where AI is reshaping what learning technology can actually do.
Learnwave is not about chasing trends. It is about knowing which waves are worth riding, and having the experience to navigate them well.
